Like every good team, Tracy and Randy have developed a working rhythm that drives project success. Randy coordinates the pre-development and development activities – taking the project from concept to closing. The partners then manage the closing process in tandem, and subsequently transition to Tracy who handles construction management and tenant turnover. With more than 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate developer, Randy is the founder of Endeavour Corporation. Collaborating with partners across the country, he leverages his niche expertise in commercial real estate deal structuring, political navigation, urban planning and securing non-traditional financing. Randy is a renowned expert in identifying and utilizing New Markets Tax Credits for his partners and clients.
